The Track System

Designed for laminitic and sensitive hoofed horses, our soft-surfaced track encourages healthy, low-impact movement all day — essential for circulation, hoof healing, and mental wellbeing. It also restricts diet for overweight horses needing movement but restricted access to feed, without forcing horses into a starvation mode.

  • Promotes gentle exercise without forced work
  • Reduces risk of overgrazing and metabolic flare-ups
  • Offers social contact, freedom and routine

The Equi-Central System

Our paddocks follow Equi-Central principles, designed for the horses’ mental health and well being as a top priority: rotational grazing, rest zone, and central loafing area. This setup encourages natural behaviours while protecting both land and horses.

  • Horses can choose shelter, shade, or social time
  • Promotes herd harmony and reduces stress
  • Environmentally regenerative and mud-minimising

Together, these systems provide the closest thing to a natural horse life within a domestic setting.

At Track & Thrive, we offer thoughtful, hands-on daily care as part of every agistment package. This includes rug changes twice daily, shelter and loafing yard muck-out, and access to meadow grass and hay to support healthy grazing. Horses enjoy two spacious 4×10 metre sand shelters, and a sand-lined arena is available for gentle groundwork or training. The property is secured with CCTV monitoring, and a dedicated paddock with shelter is available for farrier or hoofcare work. You’ll also find off-road parking for cars and floats, plus scenic trail rides nearby for exploring the local countryside.

For horses needing a little extra support, we offer a range of optional care services at an additional cost — including daily hoof picking, weekly clay applications, participation in a worming program, weekly grooming, medication administration, and groundwork sessions. We can also provide regular photo updates, hold horses for vets, dentists, or trimmers, store gear in secure tack storage, and offer up to two pellet/supplement feeds daily to support individual nutrition plans.

Please note: there is no facility for riding within the property, and the agistment is only for barefoot horses.
